歐盟領袖呼籲實施全球難民配額

歐盟領袖在聯合國呼籲所有會員國共同面對歐洲難民危機，希望能實施全球性的難民配額。
聯合國秘書長潘基文在針對歐洲難民危機，召開的高層會談上，呼籲會員國共同分攤責任。
匈牙利總理說，歐洲沒有義務給難民一個在歐洲的新生活，充其量只能基於道義責任，幫助他們回到故鄉，重拾原有的生活。
聯合國難民署贊成全球共同分擔難民的主張。
